Branch members Georgia Popoff and Nancy Dafoe Named as CNY Book Award Finalists

The CNY Book Awards announced finalists today, and two CNY Branch members were named in the finalist list. Georgia Popoff's The Whiskey of our Discontent is a finalist in the non-fiction category of awards. Nancy Dafoe's Poets Diving in the Night is a finalist in the poetry category.

Winners will be announced at the CNY Philanthropy Center on E. Fayette Street in Syracuse, NY on the evening of November 9, 2017. Tickets to the event are still available through the Downtown Writers Center in Syracuse.
