Janine DeBaise recently had two of her poems published in a new anthology, Ecopoetics Journal: Poetics for the More-Than-Human World. A link to the poems follows:
DeBaise's nonfiction piece "Prostitute in the Christmas Village" was published in the Rappahannock Review.

DeBaise recently completed chapter nine in the book Critical Digital Pedagogy. Her nonfiction piece "Aunt Pat's Suitcase" was published in Under the Gum Tree.
DeBaise also won the Vinnie Ream award last year and a number of Biennial category awards.
Rachael Ikins has just had poetry and photography accepted for publication in a new anthology A Celebration of Winter, edited by Sueann Wells.
Ikins' short story "The Complicated Process of Coming Home" has been accepted or spring publication in Synkroniciti magazine!
Her books, particularly For Kate, continue to sell well, even in this pandemic.
Nancy Dafoe's novella Naimah and Ajmal on Newton's Mountain will be released by the publisher this July 2020. The novella is a contemporary, antiwar fable.
Joan Applebaum is currently exhibiting five paintings in the Mispillion Art League’s show “Comfort”. The League had asked members to visually portray things that bring comfort, especially in these difficult times. For Joan, it is walking the beach. Each of her paintings depict a scene from Southern Delaware’s many beaches. “Lewes Beach, December” is pictured here.
In other news, a recently completed watercolor of her son’s boat has created the possibility of a sideline business painting “boat portraits” after the painting was posted on the Catalina 22 Owners Group FB page.
